Simple

When it comes to jewellery, I'm a silver-and-semiprecious-stones person. I like one of a kind stuff which you can find in art and craft shows and in small hidden stores. I also like to make my own.

Those necklaces are my current obsession. They are very simple, just a leather cord and some beads. It takes a little time to make them, like 5 minutes :-) and they are fun to wear and they go with almost everything. When I get bored with them, I can reuse all the material for something else. Can it get better than this ?

New things around the house

New sunbeds or sun chairs (or whatever they are called)...

New kitchen rug, it's a little bit thick(wool) for summer but I love the colors.

New salt-and-pepper shakers...

New deep-cleaner, I guess I have no excuse not washing the carpets now.

New sun glasses...

Quick weekend project. I was inspired by this.

Slip cover project

I bought this small loveseat second hand, then painted the legs and made this slip cover. The cream fabric is actually a bed spread from IKEA and red gingham is just scraps. I like the ruffles at the back more than the front, but, oh well....
